Day
1 : Arrival day
|
| Morning |
Upon arrival in Bangkok airport on your way out there is an airport taxi stand which is just right outside (there is also a limousine stand inside before the exit, more expensive of course). Take only airport taxi as they are screened and won’t take you around the city to add more Baht to your drive cost. You got to pay for the fee of 50 Baht, and the toll way. The taxi cost is up to the meter, which is about 150-200 Baht to downtown. Economy choice is airport bus just off the exit, depart every ½ hour, cost 100 Baht

Check in at hotel, details of hotel booked will be advised at the time of booking. We have several choices of good 3* hotels that you can select according to your preferred location.

Day
2 : Start the journey
|
| Morning |
Take morning train to Ayudhaya, the UNESCO World Heritage Sites. You may break the train journey to visit Bang Pa In Summer Palace, if wish. (But make sure to be back in time for the next train.) |
| Afternoon |
Self-exploration. Ayudhaya is a magic city, besides its splendid view of the ruins, the city has so much to offer than just a place for day tour ex-Bangkok. So it is worth for overnight. |

Don’t miss out to take good shots at the historical park that are lighted up and the lively night market. |

3 : Ayudhaya – Phitsanuloke
|
| Morning |
Take morning 2nd.class air-conditioned train to Phitsanuloke. |

Free for self-exploration. Places to see include Wat Mahathat-the most sacred temple, Ja Tavee Folk-art Museum-a very impressive museum, |

Have fun food experience at evening night market along the riverside. |

4 : From Sukhothai to Chiangmai
|
| Morning |
To let you be in time in Phitsanuloke for afternoon train to Chiangmai, we take a private trip to visit the famous magnificent ruins of Sukhothai . Better to leave early in the morning then you’ll have enough time to have fun in biking through the Historical park. |
| Afternoon |
Take afternoon 2nd.class air-conditioned train to Chiangmai. Overnight. |
| Night |
Arrival Chiang Mai in the evening, transfer for hotel accommodation for overnight. |

5 : Chiangmai
|
| Morning |
There are beautiful temples located in the old city and easy for self-visit such as Wat Chedi Luang-famous for its pagoda, Wat Pra Sing-a very well preserved building and some beautiful murals and scrolls, and Wat Chiang Man-worth a visit to see the Chrystal Buddha. You can hire a Tuk Tuk for approximately 100-150B per hour if you don’t want to walk.

Don’t forget to be back to the hotel in time for trek briefing (aroound 17:00 hrs). |

6 : Start trekking adventure
|
| Morning |
Depart Chiang Mai by pick-up, heading north and stop at a local market then continue to a waterfall for relaxation and have lunch before continuing by truck for about 1 1/2 hours to starting point of the national park. |
| Afternoon |
Start trekking through the forest for about 2 1/2 hours to a hill tribe village.

| Night |
Dinner and overnight in the village.
|

7 : Trekking
|
| Morning |
After breakfast trek and explore jungle nature to an elephant camp for lunch |
| Afternoon |
Take an elephant ride for 1-1½ hours to a Karen hill tribe village

Dinner and overnight at the Karen village.
|
|

Day
8 : Trekking and return to Chiang Mai
|
| Morning |
After breakfast take a bamboo raft down river. Experience a fun and exciting way of transport in the forest. The rafting can take from 3 to 6 hours, depends on water level of the river. |
| Afternoon |
Rafting ends at a rafting camp. After lunch return to Chiang Mai by pick-up truck and transfer to hotel. |

9 : Chiang Mai
|
| Morning |
Day at leisure for self-exploration. Various activities are offered here, either learn the secret of Thai cookery, experience one of its nice Thai spa, or take a day trip to Golden Triangle.

| Afternoon |
Most of the activities today take almost a full day so you’ll have a free evening to practice more of your bargain skill at the lively Night Bazaar, handicraft market downtown.

10 : Journey to Pai
|
| Morning |
Depart Chiang Mai by public non air-conditioned public bus to Pai. |
| Afternoon |
Time at leisure either to visit waterfalls, local hot spring or to relax and unwind in this peaceful small town. |

11 : Pai – Pang Mapha
|
| Morning |
Transfer by minivan or pick up truck to Pang Mapha |
| Afternoon |
Check in to a natural jungle lodge. Time for self-exploration either have a fun experience of 1 ½ - 2 hrs of kayaking down the Nam Lang River or take an easy walk to see the mysterious Lod Cave. |
| Night |
Overnight in bungalow of the jungle lodge. |

12 : Pai Exploration
|
| Morning |
Variety of adventure can be chosen, according to your preference either trekking to a Karen hilltribe village, take a rafting trip or just relax to enjoy the peaceful nature. |

13 : From Pang Mapha to Mae Hong Son
|
| Morning |
Continue to Mae Hong Son by pick-up truck or minivan. |
| Afternoon |
Arrive Mae Hong Son in the afternoon and own transfer to the hotel accommodation. Time at leisure to self-explore the beauty of this small town, either by getting a local Songthaew (open pick-up truck) which is public transport of the town or leisurely walk to see its beautiful Myanmar style temples. |

14 : Return to Chiang Mai

At leisure until time to transfer for flight to Chiang Mai |

Arrive Bangkok, ends of services. If you wish to take connecting flight, you may get off the train ride at train station opposite the airport. |
